We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer (Civil) with over 3 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors and project managers, and ensuring that projects are executed according to specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of construction work.
• Interpret construction drawings and ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other engineering staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity estimations, and material take-offs.
• Conduct quality checks on construction materials and workmanship.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and site-related issues.
• Communicate project status and challenges effectively with project managers and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in site execution, supervision, and construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
