Terradeus Residences Pvt Ltd is developing a premium gated villa community in Kondoor, near Erattupetta. We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities and coordinate all aspects of construction from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate villa construction activities as per approved plans and timelines Monitor contractor work, ensure quality control, and resolve on-site issues promptly Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics Maintain daily site records and reporting Work closely with architects, vendors, and the project manager Ensure adherence to safety norms and regulatory compliance Track project progress using project management software Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 2 years of end-to-end site execution experience (residential preferred) Ha Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,544.96 - ₹37,537.39 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Civil Construction: 2 years (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 10/08/2025
