The Site Engineer acts as the primary technical point of contact on-site, facilitating smooth communication between the project team, subcontractors, and clients. The job site is located within the Aluva Railway Station compound. Major responsibilities include: Oversee and manage daily construction activities on site, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and approved methods. Prepare and maintain detailed daily site reports, progress reports, and quality control documentation. Monitor progress, quality of work, and safety performance of the construction team and subcontractors. Identify potential problems and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks and delays. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Civil Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry. The role is semi-mobile, and the engineer is expected to travel to various work sites to perform their duties when required. Major responsibilities include: Supervising and assisting site engineers in the collection of measurements of completed works. Tallying and verification of collected measurements against the materials register. Preparation of documents and drawings. Preparation and maintenance of materials register. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Civil Billing Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
