CTC: ₹3.6 – ₹4.2 LPA (₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month)

Objective:

We are hiring a self-driven Site Engineer (Civil) in Chennai to supervise labour operations and enable efficient deployment via the Bandhoo platform. This role is essential in managing worker operations on construction and interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily labour attendance at project sites
• Onboard and verify workers using the Bandhoo app
• Ensure timely grievance resolution and payments
• Coordinate worker mobilization across Tamil Nadu and other regions
• Reconnect with past workers for redeployment
• Register and verify new workers on-site
• Liaise with labour contractors and manage job fulfilment
• Maintain on-site stores/inventory

Candidate Profile:

• Civil Engineering graduate (or similar qualification)
• 1+ year of experience in site/construction work
• Fluent in Hindi and Tamil
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Age below 25 years
• Must own or have access to a two-wheeler
