Site Engineer (Buildings) SE - 001

UPR Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. has been in to the Property Development industry for the past 5 years with a good track record. We seek an experienced and efficient site engineer for our engineering/Building construction department towards further expansion. The Site Engineer will oversee and coordinate the daily operations on building construction sites. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining safety protocols.

Objectives of this role

• Oversee and manage the building construction process, including coordinating and directing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Enforce safety regulations and building codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations
• Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures
• Communicate effectively with Management, clients and contractors to ensure project expectations are met
• Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the building construction process
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits
• Manage the allocation of resources, including labour, materials, and equipment

Required skills and qualifications

• A bachelors degree/ Diploma in civil engineering from an accredited university or college.
• 8-10 years of experience as a site engineer.
• Eligibility - Max experience in 3 companies for 10 yrs.
• Notice Period - 1 Month
• Male Candidates only.
• Candidate must be fluent in Tamil Language.
• Proficiency in managing and supervising building construction projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and other software.
• Ability to work in multiple building construction projects at various stages.
• Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple persons.
• Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Report daily tasks to the Management.
