Site cum Stores Incharge

• Supervise all on-site packing operations.
• Ensure efficient manpower deployment as per project requirements.
• Monitor daily production and packaging targets, ensuring quality and timelines are met.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational SOPs.
• Maintain site documentation including daily reports, attendance, and incident logs.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure site efficiency and discipline.
• Resolve on-ground issues related to labor, material, and equipment.
• Report progress to senior management regularly.

Stores Incharge Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Implement FIFO/LIFO inventory methods as per product type.
• Ensure timely material availability for uninterrupted operations.
• Verify stock levels and raise indents/reorders proactively.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for inventory replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials in the warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock audits and submit reports.
• Manage documentation like GRN, issue slips, stock registers, etc.
• Prevent pilferage, loss, and damage to materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the stores area.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Inventory and warehouse management expertise
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP)
• Knowledge of packing operations and materials handling
• Familiarity with safety norms and compliance standards

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any relevant field

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in contract packing / industrial stores management
• Prior experience in steel coil or plastic consumables packing preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
