Job Description:
Unnati Buildtech is hiring a Site Coordinator for its priority residential project, Shreerath Apartments in Nizampet, Hyderabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site activities, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and residents, and ensuring timely execution of tasks in line with project goals and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to timelines
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth workflow
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of non-intern experience in site coordination or supervision
• Must be available in Hyderabad.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and site management

Important Note:
This is a priority project, and we are seeking candidates with relevant hands-on experience. Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in residential construction projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nizampet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Site Coordination: 1 year (Preferred)
