Site Coordinator

SetGo Kitchens and Consulting is seeking a highly organized and motivated Site Coordinator to manage and oversee site operations for our kitchen installation and consulting services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities at the project site, ensuring smooth operations, managing schedules, and providing support to our teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation and setup of kitchens at various sites.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the timely execution of projects.
• Handle site-related queries and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management.
• Ensure that safety protocols and quality standards are adhered to.
• Manage inventory and ensure the timely availability of materials.
• Maintain records of site activities, inspections, and reports.
• Assist with team coordination and manage logistics for the project.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

• This position is ONLY for female candidates.

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
Incentives and Bonuses: Additional performance-based incentives and bonuses are available.
