Site Billing Specialist

As a Site Billing Specialist at HCL Tech, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by managing effective communications with internal and external customers. You will be required to provide timely and efficient resolution of problems/issues, leveraging internal resources for support. Your role will also involve actively contributing to a team focused on delivering service delivery excellence in complex office environments and business processes. This includes sharing ideas, solving problems, and providing recommendations to drive performance improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage effective communications with internal and external customers - Resolve problems/issues in a timely and efficient manner - Contribute to ensuring smooth operations of office environments and business processes - Document actions, communicate status, and acknowledge closed items - Drive standardization and consistency across account engagements - Collaborate with Sales and Delivery partners to support billing requirements - Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance client retention - Update account repository with up-to-date information - Support QBR/CCM process and custom client reporting - Collaborate with Sales Partner on billing changes - Act as a subject matter expert on Meridian Site billing for Canada Qualifications Required: - Any Grad with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience - Proficiency in Advance Excel - Age criteria: 18 to 32 years Please note that regular students and law graduates are not eligible for this position.
