About Position :

Responsibilities :

• Design Review and Coordination: Examine architectural drawings and specifications, providing insightful observations and feedback. Collaborate closely with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure cohesive and functional designs.
• Site Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly visit construction sites to assess progress, ensuring adherence to approved designs and specifications. Prepare comprehensive weekly reports highlighting any deviations, workmanship issues, and overall site status.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple sites within Hyderabad, ensuring that each project aligns with established timelines and quality standards. Attend design review meetings on-site to provide updates on project status and maintain accurate drawing registers.
• Timeline and Documentation Oversight: Review project schedules, develop drawing trackers, and ensure timely delivery of design documents. Maintain organized records of all project-related documentation for easy access and reference.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between on-site teams and the head office design department, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Report directly to the design team at the head office, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
