RESPONSIBILITIES

• Security Management at sites
• Manage administrative functions for construction project sites, ensuring they are well-supported and resourced.
• Coordinate the setup and maintenance of site offices, ensuring they are functional and safe for team members.
• Ensure that safety protocols, compliance requirements, and environmental standards are adhered to at project sites.
• Serve as a liaison between the office and project sites to ensure consistent communication and support.
• Should have the ability to make quick and decisive decisions during crisis and effectively handle unexpected or challenging situations.
• Facilitate workmen accommodation and site logistics, including arranging transportation, communication tools, and on-site services necessary for smooth project operations.
• Maintain daily site records (e.g., site diary, attendance, equipment logs).
• Keep track of materials delivered and used on-site.
• Manage timesheets and attendance records for site workers.
• File and store project-related documents such as permits, inspection reports, and correspondence.
