1. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of construction methods , materials, and standards Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications Familiarity with surveying equipment and site measurements Knowledge of structural, geotechnical, and concrete works Understanding of quality control procedures Proficiency in software such as: AutoCAD / Civil 3D MS Project or Primavera Excel and basic reporting tools 2. Site & Project Responsibilities Setting out works according to drawings and specifications Supervising day-to-day construction activities on site Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensuring work complies with design, safety, and legal requirements Monitoring progress and preparing daily/weekly reports Identifying and resolving technical problems on site Assisting with material quantity take-offs and cost control Conducting inspections for RCC, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering , Construction Engineering , or a related field Role & responsibilities 2- 5 years of experience on construction sites
