SIOP, Quality and Lean Champion (Supply Chain)

As a SIOP, Quality and Lean Manager at Signify, you will be an integral part of our Supply Chain Team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will drive quality initiatives and Lean practices within the Supply Chain Function. Your responsibilities will include Business Process Engineering for Supply Chain Processes and SIOP, leading Lean projects, enhancing customer quality programs, developing Supply Chain quality skills, and ensuring Master Data Quality. The ideal candidate for this position should have over 5 years of experience in a quality function within the Supply Chain or Manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in transformation projects and quality programs, as well as experience in roles requiring active cross-functional engagement.
