Sinker EDM Operator

We are seeking a skilled Makino EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) Machine Operator to join our precision machining team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Makino EDM machines to produce high-precision components, tools, and molds according to design specifications. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and experience in working with tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate Makino sinker EDM machines.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files.
• Select appropriate electrodes, tools, and materials for machining.
• Ensure that components meet strict tolerances and surface finish requirements.
• Inspect and measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of EDM machines.
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Record job data, process parameters, and inspection results as required.
• Work collaboratively with the design and tool room teams to optimize machining processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
