Wonderful staff and food ..only one issues that swimming pool was not clean...it was very dirty.Overall rooms and property are very huge.Breakfast was really nice.Staff are really very cooperative and polite.They have a kids play area also which is good.

Very poor service, staff behaviour and overall experience. Food quality is very bad and the menu card is irrelevant as most of the items are not available. Very much understandable why this hotel and their restaurant is always empty even during the Durga Puja seasons when every other property is buzzing with people.
