About the Role: We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence, ensuring that our digital marketing efforts align with our overall business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to grow our online community. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor search rankings to improve organic search visibility. Paid Advertising: Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to drive targeted traffic and generate leads. Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including automation, to nurture leads and increase customer retention. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring maximum ROI. Content Creation: Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce high-quality, engaging content for web, social media, and email channels. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimize landing pages and user flows to improve conversion rates and overall user experience. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and propose new ideas to enhance our digital presence. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing (at least 2 years preferred). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing. Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms. Creative mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results. Preferred Skills: Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailchimp. Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Basic understanding of HTML and website management. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
