The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales of spare parts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, handling customer inquiries and orders, and coordinating with the logistics and technical support teams. The role also involves identifying market opportunities, preparing sales forecasts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends. Qualifications: Sales and customer relationship management skills. Experience in the spare parts or related industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Technical knowledge of mixers, batch plants, and concrete equipment. Proficiency in preparing sales forecasts and achieving sales targets. Ability to work collaboratively with logistics and technical support teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Prior experience in a managerial role is beneficial.
