This role offers a fast-paced, client-facing opportunity to work with international clients, drive new business, and help grow our presence in the US IT staffing industry. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and engage with potential clients in the US IT staffing market. • Promote Vizva’s staffing solutions based on specific client needs. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. • Collaborate with internal teams (Recruiters, Delivery Managers) to ensure service excellence. • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Accurately maintain sales pipeline and communications through CRM systems. Eligibility Criteria: • Must be comfortable working night shifts (US business hours). • Willing to relocate to Delhi NCR for on-site role. • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). • Open to fresh graduates; prior sales or recruitment experience is a plus. • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client communication. • Self-driven, highly motivated, and target-oriented. • Educational Qualification: MBA/BBA or relevant business degree preferred. 1. Bench Management: Maintain a database of candidates on the bench, including their skills, availability, and preference. 2. Consultant Engagement: Initiate and maintain regular contact with candidates to understand their career goals, skill sets, and availability. 3. Client Relationship: Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand the expectation for IT candidates. 4. Matching Candidates: Identify suitable candidates for which requirement skill set they would be fit and presenting them to various platforms. 5. Negotiation: Negotiate compensation, rates, and contract terms according to our company policy. 6. Pipeline Development: Continuously building pipelines of potential candidates by networking, sourcing, and building referrals/references from previous candidates. 7. Market Research: Stay well informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activates to provide vital information to candidates as well as staying ahead of competition. 8. Documentation: Maintain accurate and details materials for record of all consultant interactions and placements. 9. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to bench management.
