Business Head – Multi-Branch Motorcycle Dealership (Kerala) Location: Kerala (Overseeing all branches) Company: Authorised Motorcycle Dealer About Us: We are a professionally managed motorcycle dealership network with three branches across Kerala. We are committed to delivering quality products, excellent customer service, and a superior ownership experience. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Head to lead our dealership operations across sales, service, and spare parts. Role Overview: The Business Head will be responsible for driving overall business performance and ensuring smooth operations across all dealership functions — Sales, Service, and Parts. The role requires a blend of strategic planning, people management, financial discipline, and strong leadership to achieve growth and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall dealership operations across multiple branches. Drive sales performance , target achievement, and business growth. Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and retention . Oversee service and workshop operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Manage spare parts inventory, logistics, and cost control . Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation . Ensure statutory, legal, and OEM compliance across all outlets. Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and overall financial health . Prepare and review periodic MIS reports and take corrective actions. Develop and execute strategic plans for market expansion and profitability . Liaise with OEMs and vendors for operations, marketing, and support activities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Automobile Engineering (MBA preferred). 8–15 years of experience in dealership operations (two-wheeler or four-wheeler). Strong understanding of sales, service, and parts management . Proven track record of leading teams and achieving business targets . Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems (DMS). Key Attributes: Leadership and team-building ability. Customer-centric and result-driven mindset.
