You will be responsible for reading technical drawings and analyzing given 3D solid models to generate optimum tool paths using CATIA-CAM software and verifying them with VERICUT software for 3, 4, and 5 axis machines. You will need to prove the generated program on CNC machining centers such as HMC, VMC, Turning, Turn mill, etc., that have SIEMENS 810-D, 840-D, Fanuc, or Heidenhain controller. Additionally, you will be in charge of configuration management of NC programs, selecting cutting tools and their cutting parameters, preparing process sheets, operational drawings, and work instructions for operators. You will also be involved in fixture concept designing using 2D and 3D software like AutoCAD and CATIA. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, a B.E. in Electrical or an equivalent degree, and proficiency in the following: - Knowledge and experience in various metal cutting processes like Turning and Milling. - Understanding of various cutting tools and holders required for different operations. - Familiarity with cutting parameters for materials such as Aluminium alloys, Titanium, and Inconel. - Hands-on experience with SIEMENS 810-D, 840-D, Fanuc, and Heidenhain controls. - Knowledge of 2D (Manual) and 3D CNC programming.
