  • Good knowledge & work experience on Assistant Agent Billing Care
  • Siebel CRM Scripting /Open UI
  • CRM order Management & EAI. Must be good in Order Management and EAI (Webservices and APIs)
  • Siebel Workforce management
  • Siebel PRM/ Dealer management
  • Siebel Field Service
  • Siebel BI Publisher Reports
  • Siebel Version 20.xxxx and above experience should be preferred
  • Mandatory 6+ years of Telecom Experience
