Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an English Trainer, located in Gwalior. The English Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students, preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The individual will also develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of students aiming to study abroad. The role involves maintaining accurate records, staying updated with the latest teaching methods, and fostering a positive learning environment. Qualifications Proficiency in teaching English to non-native speakers Experience in developing lesson plans and curriculum design Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback Knowledge of study abroad processes and requirements is a plus Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field Professional teaching certification is preferred Strong organizational and time management skills
