Community Partner Manager (Natural Cosmetics & Events) (Preferably female candidate) Location: Chandigarh Experience: 24 years in natural cosmetics sales & event management CTC: 4.2 LPA 6.0 LPA (negotiable based on skills and track record) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in natural cosmetics/ FMCG sales and event management. The ideal candidate will help grow the brand through Community partnerships, and on-ground promotional events while staying true to the ethos of natural and sustainable products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing promotional events, and establishing meaningful community partnerships — while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and clean beauty. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue across B2C and B2B channels. Build, nurture, and manage relationships with community partners, retailers, and resellers. Identify and expand new market opportunities for natural cosmetic products. Plan, organize, and oversee promotional events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and pop-ups. Handle all event logistics including branding, sampling, vendor coordination, and on-ground activations. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and product launches. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide detailed performance reports. Train and educate retailers, partners, and customers on product benefits, brand values, and sustainability ethos. Stay informed about trends in natural, organic, and clean beauty markets to guide marketing decisions. Requirements: 2–4 years of proven experience in natural cosmetics, FMCG sales, or event management . Strong background in sales strategy, event planning, and community engagement . Basic knowledge of digital marketing and influencer engagement. CTC (Chandigarh Based): 35,000 – 50,000 per month , negotiable for candidates with exceptional sales and event experience.
