Community Partner Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in natural cosmetics/ FMCG sales and event management. The ideal candidate will help grow the brand through Community partnerships, and on-ground promotional events while staying true to the ethos of natural and sustainable products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute community program strategies to grow revenue through Community partner recruitment, modern trade, and online channels

  • Build and manage relationships with community partners, resellers

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities for natural cosmetics products

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, pop-ups, trade fairs, and exhibitions

  • Oversee event logistics, branding, sampling, and promotional staffing

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and influencer activations

  • Achieve sales targets and regularly report on performance and customer feedback

  • Stay updated with trends in natural, organic, and clean beauty markets

  • Educate and train retailers and customers on product features and brand story

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience in natural cosmetics sales, distribution, or brand promotion
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing events, exhibitions, or trade shows
  • Strong understanding of natural/organic beauty products and their market positioning
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for sustainable and ethical beauty
  • Willingness to travel for events and market visits
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and growth-focused

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in wellness or Ayurveda-based brands

Established network of retailers, wellness centres, or salons

Basic digital marketing know-how to support promotions
