Job Summary : Purple Corp is seeking a skilled and experienced Shuttering Site Supervisor to oversee and execute conventional formwork activities at our residential high-rise construction project in Wakad. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of shuttering techniques, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure timely execution while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise shuttering carpenters, helpers, and labor teams at the site. Execute conventional shuttering/formwork works as per drawings and project guidelines. Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet daily and weekly targets. Ensure accurate alignment, leveling, and centering of shuttering elements. Coordinate with site engineers and structural foremen to streamline operations. Conduct inspections for quality control and adherence to safety norms. Maintain records of productivity, material usage, and labor deployment. Oversee timely de-shuttering and safe reuse of formwork materials. Minimize material wastage and ensure responsible material handling. Resolve formwork-related issues on-site efficiently.
