Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shuttering Foreman based in Bihar, India. The Shuttering Foreman will oversee shuttering work, supervise daily construction activities, and ensure that the execution meets specified quality and safety standards. Responsibilities will also include managing heavy equipment, delegating tasks to team members, coordinating with other construction teams, and ensuring that schedules and deadlines are met for seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to effectively lead and manage a team
• Experience in working with Heavy Equipment and understanding operational procedures
• Proficiency in Carpentry techniques and materials handling
• Basic skills in Maintenance, ensuring equipment and structures are in good working condition
• Effective Communication skills for liaising with team members, contractors, and management
• Attention to detail and understanding of safety protocols
• Experience supervising shuttering work on large-scale projects is preferred
