The candidate will be responsible for generating, managing, and expanding our B2B jewellery sales operations. This role requires effectively leading, nurturing, and mentoring a team of sales executives, ensuring that targets are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to expand B2B sales operations, achieve sales goals, and grow our client base. Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads to increase market penetration. Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve optimum performance and ensure continuous professional development. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling and repeat sales. Regularly analyze sales data to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and adapt strategies accordingly. Qualifications: Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably in B2B sales within the Jewellery industry. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a dynamic sales team. Result-oriented, proactive, and committed to achieving sales targets.
