Job Description

Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable AV products. Demonstrate product features, assist with purchases, and follow up for feedback. Product Knowledge : Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of AV equipment, including speakers, projectors, and smart TVs. Stay updated on the latest AV technology. Showroom Management : Ensure a clean, organized showroom and maintain demo products in working order. Monitor stock levels for timely restocking.
