Job Summary:
As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients. Your role is to understand customer needs, explain our detailing services clearly, and close sales effectively. You will help create a positive and professional showroom experience that drives customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage walk-in customers professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate detailing services
• Clearly explain service benefits, pricing, and processes
• Prepare job orders and coordinate with the detailing team
• Follow up with leads, calls, and inquiries to convert them into sales
• Assist with appointment scheduling and customer relationship management
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, display materials, and service information
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Collect customer feedback and resolve basic queries or concerns

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or automotive sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with a confident and professional attitude
• Knowledge of automotive care or willingness to learn about detailing services
• Basic computer skills for billing, inventory, and follow-up
• Positive mindset, team player, and customer-first approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

• Day shift

Work Location: In person
