Showroom Hostess

The individual is responsible for handling front office work, attending to the customers and responding to their queries while working in an automotive showroom. The individual must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Offer refreshments and ensure a comfortable experience while customers wait.
• Register customer details and direct them to appropriate sales or service staff.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming showroom environment.
• Manage showroom traffic and appointments efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries, redirecting as necessary.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to answer basic customer questions.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and customer follow-ups.
• Monitor and manage the availability of promotional materials, brochures, and displays.
• Provide feedback from customers to management to help improve the customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, hospitality, or automotive environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, appointment systems).

Working Hours:
