Full-time (6 days a week)3-month contract, extendable to a permanent role

About the Role

We are looking for a polished, well-spoken and motivated Showroom Assistant to support the daily operations of our private couture showroom. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who loves fashion, enjoys interacting with people, and is excited to learn within a luxury environment.

You will assist in client experience, fittings, order coordination, and showroom upkeep — ensuring every visitor receives the warm, attentive service our brand is known for.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Client Experience & Support

• Welcome clients and offer friendly, personalised assistance
• Present garments, sharing details on fit, fabric, and craftsmanship
• Assist during fittings — taking notes and coordinating with the atelier
• Handle customer queries via showroom phone and WhatsApp
• Support follow-ups to ensure a smooth client journey

Sales & Coordination

• Process sales and maintain accurate records
• Process custom orders
• Manage appointment bookings and daily walk-ins
• Coordinate pickups, alterations, and trial schedules with the workshop and clients
• Maintain showroom ambience and ensure all samples are beautifully presented

Social Media Support (as needed)

• Assist with basic content creation

Who You Are

• Warm, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with clients
• Strong sense of style and interest in luxury fashion
• Confident, positive, and eager to learn
• Organised and attentive to detail
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer-service experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Canva is a bonus

Contract Type

• 3-month full-time contract (Strong performers may be offered a permanent position)
• Basic monthly salary + commission on sales
