Role & responsibilities Patrolling and Monitoring: Regularly patrolling the assigned area, both on foot and potentially in vehicles, to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of the premises. Monitoring surveillance cameras for suspicious activity and potential security breaches. Access Control: Monitoring and controlling entry and exit points, verifying visitor credentials, and ensuring only authorized personnel have access to the premises. Emergency Response: Responding to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents promptly and effectively, following established protocols. This may include providing first aid, guiding people to safety, and contacting emergency services when necessary. Incident Reporting: Documenting all security-related incidents, including suspicious activity, breaches, and emergencies, through detailed reports. Enforcing Policies: Ensuring that all employees and visitors adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and emergency protocols. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients by addressing their concerns, providing assistance, and maintaining a professional demeanor. Maintaining Security Equipment: Ensuring the proper functioning of all security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems. Assisting with Crowd Control: Assisting with crowd control during events or in situations where large groups of people are present. Safeguarding Assets: Protecting company assets from theft, damage, and other potential threats. Preferred candidate profile Experience in Security Man guarding Industry ,Team Building , Team Head, Shortage Management
