Shopify Website Developer

As a Shopify Website Developer at our Mumbai office, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing our Shopify-based e-commerce platform specializing in educational products, test series, and online courses. Your role will involve working hands-on with Shopify themes, apps, custom coding, and e-commerce integrations to create a seamless online shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include designing and maintaining a user-friendly, responsive Shopify website, customizing themes and apps to align with branding guidelines, managing product uploads, collections, discounts, and pages, optimizing website speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO, troubleshooting bugs, and ensuring smooth site functionality. Additionally, you will collaborate with design and content teams for updates, track site performance, and regularly enhance UI/UX for better user engagement. To excel in this role, you must possess proven experience in Shopify development, proficiency in Liquid (Shopify's templating language), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A good understanding of Shopify apps, integrations, and third-party tools, as well as knowledge of SEO and e-commerce conversion best practices, is essential. A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting are key attributes we are looking for. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with a preference for candidates having 1-2 years of relevant experience.
