Key Responsibilities:1. Production Management Monitor production lines to ensure smooth workflow and maximum productivity. Ensure production targets and deadlines are met as per the production plan. Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions promptly. Coordinate with the production planning department to adjust schedules if needed. 2. Team Supervision Supervise line supervisors, quality checkers, and floor workers. Assign duties and responsibilities to line supervisors. Conduct regular briefings and meetings with line staff to communicate goals and feedback. 3. Quality Assurance Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Work closely with the QA/QC team to address quality issues. Train workers and supervisors on quality procedures and improvements. 4. Compliance and Safety Ensure adherence to factory safety regulations and compliance standards (e.g., labor laws, environmental guidelines). Conduct routine checks for cleanliness, orderliness, and safety on the floor. Report any incidents or unsafe practices to management. 5. Inventory and Resource Management Monitor material usage and report shortages or excesses. Coordinate with warehouse/inventory staff to ensure timely availability of raw materials and accessories. Minimize waste and optimize resource use. 6. Reporting and Documentation Maintain production records, daily output reports, and attendance logs. Analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement. Submit regular reports to senior management.
