Shop keeper cum Sales Assistant

We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Shopkeeper cum Sales Assistant to manage daily operations at our ice cream factory outlet. The ideal candidate will handle sales, maintain stock, ensure proper display and hygiene, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle sales transactions — cash, UPI, and card payments accurately.

Maintain proper stock levels and display of ice cream products.

Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and temperature control of storage freezers and display areas.

Keep daily sales and inventory records updated.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries politely.

Assist in unpacking, labeling, and arranging new stock.

Support promotional activities and sampling events when required.

Follow company policies for safety, hygiene, and customer handling.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 10th / +2; Diploma .

Experience: 1–2 years in retail, FMCG, or food outlet (ice cream experience preferred).

Skills:

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems.

Neat appearance and hygiene maintenance.

Honesty and reliability in handling cash and stock.

Working Hours:

Specify timing, e.g., 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM,
