Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Helper to assist in the daily operations of our hardware store. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, organized environment, support customer service efforts, and assist in managing stock and deliveries. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with locating products and carrying items to their vehicles if needed Unload deliveries and stock shelves with hardware materials and tools Keep the shop clean, tidy, and organized at all times Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the supervisor Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks Pack and label items as required Help with loading and unloading of materials Support sales staff in daily tasks and errands Follow safety procedures and shop protocols
