Lead and manage a team of workers on the production floor. Plan work schedules and assign tasks to workers. Check daily production goals. Make sure products meet quality standards. Inspect finished items to ensure they are made correctly. Take action to fix and improve quality issues. Make sure everyone follows safety rules. Look into and report any accidents or safety problems. Work closely with other departments. Keep records and prepare reports about production. Help solve any employee problems or complaints quickly.
