Guest & Visitor Management: Welcoming and assisting guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Directing visitors to the appropriate personnel or department. Managing visitor logs and providing visitor passes when necessary. Communication Management: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls. Handling emails and other correspondence, providing basic and accurate information. Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and packages. Administrative Support: Performing various administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. Maintaining and ordering office supplies and keeping an inventory. Office Operations: Ensuring the reception area remains clean, tidy, and organized. Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access. Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth office operations. Customer Service: Providing a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive office atmosphere. Handling basic inquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues to the appropriate management when needed.
