Key Responsibilities: Create, review, and manage end-to-end travel itineraries for individual and group travelers. Handle on-tour client calls — assist with real-time changes, emergencies, or support queries. Prepare vouchers, confirmations, and travel documents for each booking. Support the sales team in preparing custom itineraries, costing sheets, and package proposals. Manage after-travel feedback and service quality follow-up. Skills & Competencies: Strong command of domestic and international destinations. Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills — especially over phone and email. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and booking software (basic GDS knowledge preferred). Ability to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines simultaneously. Calm under pressure, with a service-first approach toward clients and vendors. Qualifications: Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel agency or tour operations environment.
