Operations Executive – Travel & Client Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, review, and manage end-to-end travel itineraries for individual and group travelers.
• Handle on-tour client calls — assist with real-time changes, emergencies, or support queries.
• Prepare vouchers, confirmations, and travel documents for each booking.
• Support the sales team in preparing custom itineraries, costing sheets, and package proposals.
• Manage after-travel feedback and service quality follow-up.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong command of domestic and international destinations.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills — especially over phone and email.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and booking software (basic GDS knowledge preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines simultaneously.
• Calm under pressure, with a service-first approach toward clients and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel agency or tour operations environment.

Work Mode:

• Office presence: 6 days/week (core operational coordination)
• Expected working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
