Job Description: We are hiring Mechanical Engineering Freshers who are eager to start their career as a Proposal Engineer. The role involves preparing proposals, coordinating with design & sales teams, and supporting customer communication for Pharma & Chemical process equipment projects. Responsibilities: Assist in preparation of proposals & technical compliance sheets (TCS). Support sales team in sending quotations & client follow-ups. Coordinate with design & factory teams for drawings, documentation & dispatch. Maintain records of proposals and customer communications. Learn and grow into a techno-commercial role with client exposure. Requirements: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers eligible). Strong interest in proposal / estimation / sales support roles. Good communication skills & willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Pharma, Chemical & Allied Industries. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industrial visits, and references. Manage customer enquiries, prepare proposals/quotations, and close profitable orders. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Promote equipment, spares, services, and modification projects. Conduct competitor & market analysis to identify growth opportunities. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets with focus on profitability. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely delivery. Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and exhibitions.
