Shipping Delivery Manager

As a Shipping Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of shipping and logistics services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of 30 to 40 members in the shipping or freight forwarding domain. - Ensuring that the team meets SMART objectives and KPIs related to productivity, timeliness, and data quality. - Communicating KPIs and role expectations clearly to team members. - Demonstrating customer service orientation and empathic listening. - Utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges. - Working independently as a self-starter. - Exhibiting strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Delivering effective presentations and managing time efficiently. - Demonstrating proactivity and a good command of the English language. - Showing initiative, drive, and both convergent and divergent thinking skills. - Leading and managing available resources effectively. Qualifications Required: - 7 years of experience in Shipping Delivery Management is preferred. - Good knowledge of Shipping/Logistics. - Proficiency in MS Office.
