This role is focused on acquiring new clients and generating business for our IT services such as website development, mobile app development, and custom software solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, meeting them in person, understanding their business needs, and presenting digital solutions that can improve their operations and sales. The role requires strong communication, confidence in face-to-face meetings, and a deep understanding of how digital tools can solve real business problems. This is not just a desk job. The candidate will be expected to visit clients, generate leads, present solutions, and bring in confirmed sales. This is a performance-driven role with exciting growth opportunities for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Outreach Proactively identify new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, social media outreach, and business networking. Research and target potential clients across different industries (retail, education, hospitality, agriculture, etc.). Maintain and update a database of potential clients using CRM tools. 2. Client Meetings & Presentations Meet with prospective clients in person to understand their requirements and pain points. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on how digital solutions like mobile apps or websites can solve business problems and increase revenue. Customize solutions based on each client’s needs, explaining technical benefits in simple language. 3. Sales Conversion Convince clients to develop customized digital solutions through Shipotle Tech. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the internal team. Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 4. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the technical team. 5. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the internal project and development teams to align customer expectations with deliverables. Provide detailed reports on sales activities, meetings conducted, leads generated, and deals closed. Share feedback from clients to improve our product offerings and service quality.
