Key Responsibilities Recommend and implement best practices for picking and packing to enhance the customer experience (Cx). Guide partner stores on proper order picking, packing, and billing processes using dashboards and digital tools. Train partners on the effective use of dashboards and portals to reduce errors impacting customer satisfaction. Evaluate pod conditions (cleanliness, hygiene, delivery execution) and suggest measures for operational improvements. Provide guidance to stores on speed and order fulfillment, driving improvements in Cx metrics. Share recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives to elevate customer service standards. Propose training needs for store teams to strengthen performance against Cx benchmarks. Anticipate demand fluctuations (holidays, peak seasons) and advise partners on strategies to manage spikes without affecting customer satisfaction. Qualifications Graduate with 35 years of retail management experience. Prior experience leading teams of 15+ employees in a retail or store setup. Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred background in retail, FMCG, or quick commerce sectors.
