Job Title: Shift Supervisor Salary: ₹15000 Experience Required: 1–2 years Qualification: Diploma or ITI Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Shift Supervisor for our Rubber Mixing and Molding Department . The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in rubber mixing operations and be capable of supervising shift activities. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts and ensure smooth operation of the rubber mixing line. Key Responsibilities: Supervise rubber mixing operations during the assigned shift. Operate and oversee machines such as rubber kneaders, mixing mills, and related equipment. Monitor batch quality and ensure consistency as per the formulation. Ensure proper documentation of production, material usage, and shift reports. Coordinate with the quality and production teams to resolve any issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. Guide and assist operators and helpers during the shift. Ensure adherence to process standards and safety procedures. Requirements: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or relevant trade. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in rubber mixing operations. Good understanding of rubber mixing machines and process parameters. Strong leadership and communication skills. Willingness to work night shifts. Basic knowledge of production reporting and quality standards.
