Shift Officer (Operations) Electrical

As a qualified candidate with a B.E/B. Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation and 2-4 years of experience in the FMCG industry, you are invited to join our team in Uttar Pradesh (Sumerpur) for a 1-year extendable contract position with a notice period of 15 to 30 days. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire warehouse operations following basic training provided by the existing team. This role will require you to effectively manage a team, operate machinery, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and operational metrics. It will be your duty to ensure that MIS reports and logbooks are accurately maintained at the end of each shift.
