Identifying new activities for HIRA & Aspect / Impact. Daily shift work management, safety & environment initiative and ensuring safe working conditions. Trouble shooting Skills for process variation. Co-ordination with Engineers & other shift personnel for smooth functioning of blast furnaces. Ensuring good housekeeping & safe working environment Desired attributes Knowledge in Dry GCP/HBS Knowledge in PCM operation & Loco /Ladle movement Knowledge on corrective actions for parameters deviations.
