Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Shift Supervisor
Manpower Handling
Knowledge of Production department of foundry, Like Alphaset No-Bake Moulding, CO2 Moulding, Green Sand Moulding, Core Shop.
Preparing Production Planning Weekly & Day wise.
Knowledge of Mould making, Core making, closing of the mould & pouring.
Controlling sand parameter of No bake & Green sand as per specification
Process control for making of good casting.
Arrangement of material in Moulding & Pouring area as per method card
knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection of the casting
Documentation of related work.

Preferred candidate profile

4+ Yrs Experience

Diploma in Mechanical
