Job Title: Sheet Metal Quality Engineer (candidate must have 5 years exp in Sheetmetal Quality) Location: Othakkalmandapam-Chettipalayam Experience Required: 5 to 8 years Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month Job Responsibilities: Conduct thorough dimensional inspections of sheet metal parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Perform in-process and final inspections to maintain high-quality production standards. Develop and implement quality control procedures for sheet metal fabrication. Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes. Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM for precision quality checks. Maintain documentation and reports related to quality assurance and compliance. Ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant industry standards. Train and mentor junior quality engineers and technicians.
