You will be responsible for operating and maintaining shearing machines to cut metal sheets to precise specifications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operating shearing machines efficiently - Performing routine quality checks to ensure accuracy - Calibrating machines and using hand tools for adjustments and repairs - Adhering to safety and operational protocols for efficient machinery and workplace operations Qualifications required for this role: - Experience in Machine Operation and handling Machinery - Proficiency in Quality Control processes - Skill in using Hand Tools and performing equipment adjustments - Strong Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Understanding of workplace safety standards and mechanical maintenance is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred - Previous experience in operating shearing or similar machines in a manufacturing environment is an advantage,
